These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Be Unmessablewith website and the Word Bootcamp program (the "Service"), operated by Lacuna Worldwide Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using the Service or enrolling in Word Bootcamp, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Word Bootcamp.

Enrollment and payment

• All prices are listed at checkout in USD and are processed securely by Stripe.
• Payment plans (e.g. 2-payment split) require successful collection of each installment. Failure to pay an installment may result in suspension of access.
• Access to Word Bootcamp materials is granted upon successful payment.

Refund policy

Because Word Bootcamp is a digital program delivered immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing the materials, contact us at jerome@lacunax.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it.

License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Word Bootcamp materials for your own personal development. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. All content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of Lacuna Worldwide Ltd and its licensors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

No professional advice

Word Bootcamp is an educational and self-development program. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make in your own life as a result of the program.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacuna Worldwide Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
